kalian semua pasti udah gak asing kan sama Line?
ituloh aplikasi chatting yang lagi ngehits banget di Indonesia
nah tadi, aku dapet semacam pop up dari line
entah darimana asalnya tiba2 aja muncul pop up
yang judulnya SET LINE ID EVENT
dimana disitu kita disuruh bikin LINE ID dan bisa menangin LG G3 & Line Dolls
dan event itu berlangsung mulai dari 7 April - 13 April 2015 ini
anehnya, kenapa tiba2 aku dapet pop up itu ya?
dan anehnya lagi setelag aku pencet tombol kuning bertuliskan 'Buat LINE ID Sekarang!' malah aku keluarin lagi dan bukan langsung bikin line id
dan BODOHNYA adalah pop up itu aku close (x) STUPID ~~~
dan dia hilang tanpa jejak
aku cari di chat LINE, GAK ADA
TT_TT *nangis di pojokan*
nyesel, harusnya tadi langsung aku isi aja
tapi aku sempet skrinsut si gambarnya
Buat liners yang juga dapet pop up yang sama atau bahkan udah isi LINE IDnya itu, komen disini dong, sekalian share biar kita tahu
atau mas-mas yang kerja di LINE Indonesia, please answer me
soalnya aku males bikin LINE ID (ceritanya sengaja biar misterius dan tidak dapat ditemukan :v)
lagian kalau misalnya cuma masukin ID terus hadiahnya di undi sih percuma

The Difference Between Noodles (Ramen, Udon, Soba)
Are you noodles lovers ?
If yes, then you may not feeling strange with the title
here is based from what i've got from the internet
So if you read it, they are clearly different. except they have one similarity to Ramen
so you can said that ramen are basic noodle that we usually eat
i mean, all the instant noodle can be called as ramen
i think that was all the common difference of them
and the taste? hmm i think you should try it yourself to know about it :p
that's all about noodle's difference

Binggrae Fish Ice Cream Cake
Hi~ back again with another Foodie Review
now i want to review another Korean snack
and ... its ice cream!!! hehe
i think you are all love ice cream, so do I
and this time i want to review one of most famous korean ice cream 'BINGGRAE'
I think if you are a sweet tooth and an ice cream love like me, you must be not strange with Binggrae ice cream
they have many variant of ice cream
one of them is this Fish Ice Cream Cake, or in japanese they call it Taiyaki Ice Cream
but this one instead of Japanese product, it was a Korean product
in the package (in Indonesia) written Korean Hangeul 'Cham Bungeo Ssamanko' which means 'Red Bean Ice Cream' also written 'since 1991'
WOW, i havent born that time xD
That's why this ice cream was very popular
For you that being on diet, dont worry
it was written "비유지방아이스크림" (Non-fat ice cream)
that means you can eat them as much as you want LOL nooo, i was kidding xD
you may eat one of them and they won't ruin your diet (trust me!)
Now let me review
LOOK :
From the look it's look like a real taiyaki cake which usually contain red bean paste, but instead paste they contain cool ice cream in it. it's soft like thin spongy cake and it's not crunchy at all. it's soft and i think they would melt in your mouth, YUM!
TASTE :
You have to immediately eat them since they could be melted. when you eat them you can feel the soft spongy cake and the sweet vanilla ice cream. then when it comes to the center, you will see the read bean paste, or should i say it was red bean jam? it's so tasty and soft and sweet and they will melt in your mouth.seriously, no one cant resist ice cream. the ice cream was soft but not so flavoury like creamy milky fat ice cream, it feels lighther and not too sweet. and i love when i eat them when summer comes! hehe
So one more a worth to buy korean snack is this binggrae ice cream
if you live in Indonesia you can easily find it in Seven Eleven or Indomart

LOTTE Pepero Original Review
SO TODAY
YES TODAY !!!
HAHA
its 1 AM here now, and i cant sleep so i open again my computer and decide to blogging
so here is my post about after 'about me' is a 'review'
ok so here i have something that we called as pepero
(if you don't know it try to search it on google)
so here is the picture of them (sory i forgot to take the picture of the pepero itself T_T)
it's Lotte Pepero Original
i bought it from a local supermarket if iam not wrong
for you indonesian ppl, you may search it at Indomart or Alfamart
so yeah i was so curious about it since Kpop artist always promote it in any show
even they had a day called pepero day
and its such a cute culture where ppl giving pepero to each other
they also had this game called pepero kissing games, you may search it on line
so now i will review them
LOOK
Ok, i should said, pepero have slightly thinner than their rivals. they are so crackery yet not really fragile, so they won't give a lot of leftover crumble in their package. plus they have a really nice texture for the sticks. the chocolate looks sooo dark, and they are stick to each other, but its not hard to separate them :D
TASTE
Talking about taste, when you first bite it you will taste dark chocolate smell all over your mouth, and they start melting in your mouth. its really nice, they are not too sweet and leave a lil bitter chocolate taste which i really love. iam a fan of chocolate and i love both dark and milky version, but this Pepero chocolate was incredibly good.
So that was my review, i think they are one of your must try for snack

Cara Ngecilin Paha, Perut dan Betis Biar Kaya KPOP XD
DAN ...
ini adalah beberapa jenis olahraga yang bakal rutin gue lakuin tiap harinya
karena kebetulan gue ini seorang mahasiswa maka jadwal ngelakuinnya yaa disesuain sama jadwal gue sehari2.
sebelum gue mulai olahraga lingkar paha gue sejengkal dari lutut adalah 47cm, mudah2an setelah beberapa hari ato bulan ke depan bisa nambah kecil amin
06.00 Bangun pagi lari2 kecil ditempat selama +/- 10 menit lah. selesai olahraga minum air putih 2 gelas besar minimal, gausa gosok gigi dulu. katanya jigong kita ini bisa ngebantu jaga kesehatan kulit muka lho (sumber: orang dulu)
-------- kampus --------- inget selalu buat gak makan gorengan dan manis2 + minum pake air putih aja gapake dingin apalagi es batu
21.00 Menjelang tidur, lakuin olahraga yang bakal gue sebutin dibawah ini, setelah olahraga pas banget udah mau tidur jangan lupa minum air putih 2 gelas besar minimal
Olahraga ala gue :
1. Jump Squats
ikutin aja yang kaya ada di gambar ini. pas abis loncat, lurusin kaki dulu tekuk lutut baru loncat. lakuin kegiatan ini sekitar 10-15 kali.
2. Theraband Leg Curl
Karena gue gak ngerti cara ini, jadi gue ikutin aja persis kaya digambar. inget badan semua numpunya ke siku.
- tarik kaki kiri buang nafas
- tarik kaki kanan buang nafas
- lakuin cukup 10-15 kali
4. Walking Lunges

Kalo ini ikutin aja gaya yang ada digambar, mulai dari kaki kiri angkat lurus tegak (jangan nekuk), terus telapak kakinya puter2 10 kali searah jarum jam, 10 kali sebaliknya. terus lakuin juga hal yang sama ke kaki kanan. lakuin hal ini berulang2 sampe 10-15 kali.
4. Walking Lunges
Ikutin juga kaya digambar, jadi seolah2 mau jatoh kaki sebelahnya tapi gak nyentuh tanah. inget kaki yang didepan itu nekuknya harus lurus tegak yaa, jangan terlalu nekuk kedalem atopun keluar. jadi kira2 ngebentuk sudut 90 derajat laah. lakuin bergantiang kaki kanan kiri, masing2 10-15 kali.
5. Sit up
yang ini gausa dijelasin juga udah pada tahu kan yaa... oya! jangan lupa selama sit up tangan harus tetep nempel ke belakang kepala ya, gaboleh lepas oke! lakuin sekitar 10-15 kali
Pengalaman gue setelah olahraga ini :
1. efek bakal berasa banget pas lo lakuin olahraga yang ke-3. itu berasa kaya otot2 paha sama betis jadi kenceng semua.
2. buat yang baru pertama nyoba olahraga nomor 3 pasti bakal ngerasa kakinya bergetar setelah lewat putaran ke lima.
3. jangan lupa ukur paha, betis and pinggang lo sebelum mulai coba usaha yang gue lakuin ini oke
4. jangan lupa pipis sebelum tidur, minum udah banyak kan.. daripada entar ngompol :p
next gue bakal update hasil yang gue rasain yaa setelahnya! stay tune terus di blog gue ok
Mencoba Cara Mengecilkan Paha Betis dan Perut
okeee...
tadi siang gue udah janji kan bakal ngasih tau cara ngecilin paha dan betis , nah berhubung pas gue buka link sumber ternyata ada cara buat ngecilin perut juga, yauda deh jadi aja sekalian ngecilin perut sekalian ngecilin paha hehehe
well, alesan gue mau ngecilin paha and perut adalah biar bisa kaya cewe2 kpop yang perutnya udah kaya triplek, tipiiiis bener
sebenernya paha n betis gue gak gede2 banget buat ukuran badan gue yang emang kecil darisononya
tapi tetep aja, paha, betis dan perut kecil adalah impian setiap wanita hehehe
oke langsung aja, menurut sumber yang gue dapet hal yang harus lo lakuin biar dapetin badan yang ramping dan sehat adalah
1. Jaga konsumsi makanan (NO GORENGAN! NO MANISAN!)
oke... gue setuju banget gals ama lo semua! hal ini emang hal yang paling "plis banget" buat dilakuin.. alias BERAT! jaga konsumsi makanan itu berarti kita harus berusaha ngehindarin yang namanya gorengan dan makanan manis, terus kita makan apa dong?! secara indonesia penuh dengan makanan yang serba digoreng dan makanan serba sweet (dan gue adalah sweetooth!) dan sampe saat ini, menurut gue cara ini emang sulit banget gue jalanin (wailah baru hari pertama) but gaaals you know what?! i am a smart girl! i have a big big idea!!! kkkk (you'll see that at the end of this post)
2. Banyak minum air putih
well... gausa banyak cingcong pasti lo semua udah tau dong betapa pentingnya air buat kesehatan
3. Perbanyak olahraga
oke, ini juga lo semua pasti udah apal banget deh kaan... tenang aja gue bakal kasih tau kok olahraga apa aja yang bisa kalian lakuin ;)
4. Banyak minum teh hijau
teh hijau katanya bisa bantu membakar lemak tubuh lho! pilih teh hijau yang diseduh sendiri ya! karna selain masih fresh dan lebih sehat, rasanya juga beda lho sama teh hijau kemasan yang ada di supermarket
5. Banyak konsumsi kacang2an
well .. gue juga kurang ngerti kacang yang dimaksud disini itu kacang apa aja. tapi gue sih lebih prefer ke kacang ijo ato kacang kedelai, karna kalo kacang goreng biasa kan sama aja boong yak. jadi cari cemilan kacang yang gak digoreng yaa
emang gampang ngebacanya, tapi prakteknya gimana boor...
nih gue kasih cara2 yang gue lakuin buat membantu gue ngecilin paha and betis gue
CARA GUE :
1. Hindarin gorengan, ganti sama makan kacang2an. gue emang gak terlalu suka gorengan sih.. jadi ini bukan big problem buat gue.
2. Kurangin makan manis. because iam sweetooth jadi emang sulit buat ngehindarin yang satu ini, tapi kalo ngurangin boleh lah.. jadi makanan manis alias kue2 dkk yang boleh gue makan dalam seminggu cuma sekali makan manis dan itupun terbatas
3. Minum 2 gelas besar air putih tiap pagi sebelum makan dan 2 gelas panjang lagi sebelum tidur
di siang hari juga jangan lupa minum air putih! biasakan minum air putih yang gak dingin ya! karna air putih dingin gak baik buat kesehatan4. Seduh teh hijau, beli dulu lah teh yang bisa diseduh dirumah, minum cukup seminggu sekali/2 kali aja bor
5. Makan soyjoy deh tiap minggu, intinya cemilan dirumah yaa soyjoy. well bisa diganti ama cemilan lain yang juga sehat yaa (no lemak no msg)
6. Olahraga! penting banget ini, tata cara olahraga yang gue lakuin sehari2 bisa diliat disini
nah mungkin dalam beberapa minggu cuma hal2 diatas itu yang bakal gue lakuin. ke depannya kalo ada tambahan pasti gue update kok (y)
TIPS BUAT YANG SUSAH NGEHINDARIN MAKANAN BERLEMAK DAN MANIS :
>>> buat lolo pada yang sweetooth kaya gue, makan kue or yang manis2 jatahin aja, mula2 maksimal 1 kali makan manis dalam seminggu, batasin juga seberapa banyak makanan manis yang boleh lo makan, mungkin diawal coba 1 piring, minggu kedua kurangin jadi 3/4 piring dst.. terus gimana kalo tiba2 nyokap bawa kue coklat ganache lezat ato sekotak donat aneka topping di depan mata?! gals!!! inget aja kalo lo punya jatah makan manis! jadi kalo hari ini lo makan manis lebih dari sepiring (maks 2 piring), itu artinya jatah makan manis lo berkurang, artinya.. terpaksa minggu depan gabole makan manis lagi! dan utang itu harus dibayar!! WAJIB GAK ADA ALASAN. karna kalo engga, malah jadi kebiasaan, utang utang utang akhirnya dietnya gak jalan2 dah
>>> buat seluruh rakyat indonesia yang emang gabisa jauh ama goreng2an, coba deh pelan2 tinggalin gorengan, mulai beli cemilan sehat yang ada di supermarket, kalo bisa beli cemilan yang mengandung kacang2an (soyjoy misalnya) karena sekalian sehat dan ngenyangin, makanan yang banyak mengandung kacang2an ini paling ampuh buat ngebakar lemak yang ada dipaha n betis, yaa sedikit lebih mahal karna ngemilnya juga sekali2 kok, sama harganya sama uang yang lo pake buat beli goreng2an itu

2. Kurangin makan manis. because iam sweetooth jadi emang sulit buat ngehindarin yang satu ini, tapi kalo ngurangin boleh lah.. jadi makanan manis alias kue2 dkk yang boleh gue makan dalam seminggu cuma sekali makan manis dan itupun terbatas
3. Minum 2 gelas besar air putih tiap pagi sebelum makan dan 2 gelas panjang lagi sebelum tidur
di siang hari juga jangan lupa minum air putih! biasakan minum air putih yang gak dingin ya! karna air putih dingin gak baik buat kesehatan4. Seduh teh hijau, beli dulu lah teh yang bisa diseduh dirumah, minum cukup seminggu sekali/2 kali aja bor
5. Makan soyjoy deh tiap minggu, intinya cemilan dirumah yaa soyjoy. well bisa diganti ama cemilan lain yang juga sehat yaa (no lemak no msg)
6. Olahraga! penting banget ini, tata cara olahraga yang gue lakuin sehari2 bisa diliat disini
nah mungkin dalam beberapa minggu cuma hal2 diatas itu yang bakal gue lakuin. ke depannya kalo ada tambahan pasti gue update kok (y)
TIPS BUAT YANG SUSAH NGEHINDARIN MAKANAN BERLEMAK DAN MANIS :
>>> buat lolo pada yang sweetooth kaya gue, makan kue or yang manis2 jatahin aja, mula2 maksimal 1 kali makan manis dalam seminggu, batasin juga seberapa banyak makanan manis yang boleh lo makan, mungkin diawal coba 1 piring, minggu kedua kurangin jadi 3/4 piring dst.. terus gimana kalo tiba2 nyokap bawa kue coklat ganache lezat ato sekotak donat aneka topping di depan mata?! gals!!! inget aja kalo lo punya jatah makan manis! jadi kalo hari ini lo makan manis lebih dari sepiring (maks 2 piring), itu artinya jatah makan manis lo berkurang, artinya.. terpaksa minggu depan gabole makan manis lagi! dan utang itu harus dibayar!! WAJIB GAK ADA ALASAN. karna kalo engga, malah jadi kebiasaan, utang utang utang akhirnya dietnya gak jalan2 dah
>>> buat seluruh rakyat indonesia yang emang gabisa jauh ama goreng2an, coba deh pelan2 tinggalin gorengan, mulai beli cemilan sehat yang ada di supermarket, kalo bisa beli cemilan yang mengandung kacang2an (soyjoy misalnya) karena sekalian sehat dan ngenyangin, makanan yang banyak mengandung kacang2an ini paling ampuh buat ngebakar lemak yang ada dipaha n betis, yaa sedikit lebih mahal karna ngemilnya juga sekali2 kok, sama harganya sama uang yang lo pake buat beli goreng2an itu
